“Unsurpassed – Savior and Lord” is our current sermon series which looks into the book of Hebrews.  So far in Hebrews we have been encouraged to hold on to the confession… i.e.  what has already been made clear to us.  Our scripture for this Sunday calls us to go beyond holding on, beyond maintaining our ground.  Key verse:  Therefore, let us leave the elementary teachings about Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again the foundation…  Hebrews 6:1a.  In our walk with Jesus are we merely marching in place or are we marching forward?
