We are continuing the series: Daniel – This is my Father’s world.  Our contemporary culture parallels Nebuchadnezzar’s Babylon as excessive pride becomes more and more the norm.  We trust in our own technologies and riches and can tend to believe the lie that we are in control.  Excessive pride can be a very personal stumbling block as well.  May we like Nebuchadnezzar come to and live in the awareness of God’s sovereignty and reign over all things… most of all our own hearts.
