From Noah’s time we learn:

• God is holy, hates evil and will punish sin;
• God provides sinners with a means for escape;
• God patiently calls sinners to safety in His merciful provision;
• God protects and saves those who by faith enter the refuge He has provided.

Today we enter God’s “ark” in Jesus and signify that in baptism.
