We live in-between the advents of Christ—we live after the birth, life, death, and resurrection of Christ, but we also live before Christ’s second coming. As a result, many in the Church often struggle to see and feel God’s presence in the world. How can we see God’s face without God physically walking this earth? Psalm 80 reminds us of a time in Israel’s history when the Israelites also struggled to find God and explains the true meaning of God’s face.
