It is difficult to comprehend all that it meant for Jesus to deny Himself and embrace the cross.  We say… well He is God so all things are possible for him, right?  We know the aversion we have to the way of the cross for us.  How much more would Jesus, very God, have to such?  Can we follow Him?  Can we really follow Him?  Losing our life for Him and the gospel?
