Marvin and Mariana provide leadership to El Camino Discipular (The Way of Discipleship). ECD is a church plant that is part of the family of Latino, Mennonite churches that the Mennonite Hispanic Initiative (MHI) has helped get started in Harrisonburg, VA.  Marvin is also the racial/ethnic ministries coach for Virginia Mennonite Missions and the Missional Discipleship Initative coordinator with Mennonite Missions Network.  Mariana teaches 1^st grade at Smithland Elementary in Harrisonburg.
