We are starting a new sermon series “Unlearnings.”  We need to unlearn settledness and relearn our sentness.  Ephesians 3:10 says that God sends us out into His world to make His manifold (multifaceted) wisdom known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms.  God’s multifaceted wisdom is seen in the immense variety of ways that we as His people worship and serve Him.  The church over the years would have never developed its many and varied forms had it remained settled rather than embracing being sent.  May we, today’s church, be a sent but not settled people.
